The MCL Board of Directors would like to inform you about the upcoming Annual General Meeting

(“AGM”) to be held from 7:00 – 9:00 PM on Tuesday April 11, 2023, at the MCL hall.

The agenda will be available at the AGM. Those wishing to submit agenda items and/or resolutions

must do so on or before March 27, 2023. A MCL Board meeting will be held the following evening on

Wednesday April 12, 2023, at the MCL Hall.

One item that the Board hopes to discuss with you at the AGM is a potential renovation and/or

addition to the MCL hall.

The MCL Board of Directors is looking for replacement and additional directors to serve on the Board,

and more specifically in the capacity of: President; Vice-President; Communications and Safety

Directors; and Director at Large. Suggestions for nominations for Board members must be submitted

to the nominations committee on or before March 27, 2023.

The agenda items and/or resolutions and suggestions for nominations for Board members must be

emailed to the Board/nominating committee via the following email address:

Edmonton Alberta.

Nominees must reside within and be a member in good standing of the MCL at the time they are

suggested for nomination.

MCL memberships will be available for purchase at the AGM before the meeting begins. Additionally,

the MCL Social Director is looking for event coordinators to help manage multiple event(s) and for

volunteers to help at these events. Event possibilities are: Pizza Nights, Movie Nights, Love McQueen

Day, MCL Big Bin Event, Community League Day.
